Zifto was built to address this problem.
We saw how businesses struggle to fill shifts—and how people who want to work are often left out, underprepared, or undervalued. So we decided to change that.
We’re creating a platform that makes it easier for hospitality businesses to find qualified, motivated staff—and for workers to access flexible jobs they can trust. Every Ziftie is vetted and trained before their first shift, because service quality shouldn’t be left to chance.
